Senior Associate Eglė Subačienė is a member of Real Estate & Construction Team. Attorney-at-law has more than 10 years of professional experience in dispute resolution, real estate, construction and land law, territory planning, infrastructure development, contract law, etc. She has a long experience in preparing various legal documents to courts and national authorities, as well as drafting contracts, claims, judicial opinions and other legal documents.
Eglė successfully represents clients in civil and administrative courts, national and local authorities, including Nacional Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture and State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment. She advises clients on lease of state – owned land, real estate development, construction transactions, real estate purchase and lease agreements, construction defects, establishing the order for the use of common property, partitioning of common property, establishing and eliminating servitudes and other legal issues.
