Senior associates Gintas Andruška and Jonas Povilionis were recently promoted to associate partners and joined firm’s management team. The management team currently consists of 6 partners: a managing partner, 3 partners and 2 associated partners. There are more than 25 legal professionals in total.

Gintas Andruška has over 10 years of professional experience in dispute resolution. Currently, he is representing clients in dispute resolution cases of combined value in excess of €5 million. His high-profile projects include a successful closure of the proceedings before the Supreme Court of Lithuania against Toksika, UAB regarding payments for technical maintenance; a settlement achieved in a dispute before Vilnius District Court which involved a company undergoing bankruptcy and which lasted several years; litigation regarding the annulment of transactions and the award of over €800,000 from a former employee, among many others. The clients greatly appreciate Mr. Andruška’s ability to develop and formulate an effective dispute resolution strategy and to apply it in the pre-trial or court proceedings. His clients include Caverion Lietuva, Eurovia Group, ERGO Insurance, Autokausta and many others.
Meanwhile, Jonas Povilionis, who has also become the firm’s new associated partner, holds extensive experience in representing both local and international clients in transactions that are among the most complex on the market. He has been providing effective legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and contract law, banking, financial and real estate law. His list of clients includes BaltCap, Panevėžio Stiklas, AMG Property, Linas Agro, Ecoservice, Tele2, Paskola23, among many others. In 2019-2020, he was involved in over 20 transactions which were listed in the international law directories Legal 500 and Chambers Europe. His high-profile projects include representation of AMG Property in the acquisition of Krasta Auto and Porche centres; assistance to Tele2 in a joint venture with other mobile network operators in establishment and management of Mobilūs Mokėjimai, UAB, among many others.
